If interested in environmental issues, do not hesitate to join the online lecture with Prof. Colin T Reid (University of Dundee) and Dr. Sean Whittaker (University College Cork) organized by Maastricht University. The right of access to environmental information is viewed as a key component of promoting good environmental governance. In this lecture the right of access to environmental information, based on the Aarhus Convention and the implementation of it through EU law, setting out the “proactive” and “reactive” rights of access and their associated obligations, will be discussed. The lecture takes place on September 21, 2023, from 16:00 to 17:00. If you want to join, do not forget to register here.

#3: Tandem Languages Course at Charles University

Students who would like to practice a foreign language with their peers might attend the tandem language course where students of two different languages work with a partner and help each other achieve a specific language goal. Students teaching the target language must be native speakers of that language. The main language for communication is English. Study the information carefully in SIS (study system of Charles University, course code JLB115), and contact us at tandem.cjp@fsv.cuni.cz.
