Scholarships
The admission window for the 2024-2026 study period is OPEN.
The application deadline for scholarship applicants is on February 29, 2024. Please note that all applications received by February 24 are automatically classified as applications for scholarships. The deadline for the application of the self-funding applicants is April 30, 2024.
EPS programme has received the prestigious label of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree for the next five years period! The programme will, therefore, offer scholarships to students from all around the world in the period 2020-2025. The EPS Consortium awards approximately 20 EMJMD Scholarshipsper intake. The decision whether the support from the European Commission will be extended will be known in June/July 2024. Therefore, the results of Erasmus Mundus scholarships for the study period 2024-2026 will be known in July.
Student participation cost fully cover all the activities during the EPS study period (four semesters), including classes, guest lectures. Insurance is also covered by the EPS Consortium in the case of Scholarship holders. Organization of extra-curricular activities is also fully covered by the EPS Consortium. Students are paying only for their expenses connected with those events (mainly travelling).

Programme Country Scholarship
In the case of Programme Country Scholarship Holders, the total value of the Scholarship for the two years of study will be 9.000 EUR (2.250 EUR for each semester of study). Each semester the Tuition Fee will be automatically deducted from the Scholarship by the Institution (in practice the Student will not receive scholarship money but at the same time will not pay any Tuition Fee). To be eligible to the EMJMD Scholarship for Programme Countries the Student is a national of an Erasmus+ Programme Country or is ordinarily resident or has carried out his/her main activity (studies, training or work) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in any Programme Country before the final submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD Scholarship.
- Full coverage of the Tuition Fee (9 000 EUR)
- Living Allowances up to 24 months: 1 000 EUR per month (24 000 EUR)
- Travel allowances: once per academic year = twice per study period (2 000 EUR)
- The total amount that will be allocated to the student is 26 000 EUR.
Partner Country Scholarship
In the case of Partner Country Scholarship Holders – The total value of the Scholarship for the two years of study will be €16.000 (€4.000 for each semester of study). The EMJMD Scholarship fully covers the Tuition Fee for each semester of the EPS Programme for the two-year standard study period. Each semester the Tuition Fee will be automatically deducted from the Scholarship by the Institution (in practice the Student will not receive scholarship money but at the same time will not pay any Tuition Fee).
To be eligible to the EMJMD Scholarship for Partner Countries the Student must not be a national of an Erasmus+ Programme Country and must not be ordinarily resident nor have carried out his/her main activity (studies, training or work) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in any Programme Country before the final submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD Scholarship.
- Full coverage of the Tuition Fee (16 000 EUR)
- Living Allowances up to 24 months: 1 000 EUR per month (24 000 EUR)
- Travel allowances depending on the distance of student home country: once per academic year = twice per study period (4 000 or 6 000 EUR)
- Installation cost allowance: once per study period (1 000 EUR)
- The total amount that will be allocated to the student is 29 000 or 31 000 EUR.
Besides, insurance scheme, teaching, organizing extracurricular activities and guest lectures, organising team-building events, helping with the visa procedure, helping with the administrative issues in countries of the consortium will be offered to students with the part of the scholarship.
