The call for a unique student event and academic experience such as the Oxford Spring School has been launched! To any of the master’s and doctoral students at Europaeum member universities who wish to present a paper based on their research, now it’s time to apply!
Students are invited to take part in the event happening on 19 -21 April 2023. This occasion will bring together master’s and doctoral researchers in Humanities and Social Sciences subjects. The topic of the Oxford Spring School is Shifting Paradigms in Europe? The call for applications is open only for 2nd-year students applying for the research presentation. For presenters, we especially welcome proposals for papers addressing the theme of the Spring School and in particular the defined topics (see the link). Based on the quality and/or relevance of the application to the call, 2nd-year students might be accepted as a presenter or a discussant. Successful applicants will be provided with free accommodation and reimbursed reasonable travel expenses. In case there are not enough successful applications from 2nd-year students, a second call for 1st-year students to participate as discussants will be launched.
Applications should include the Europaeum application form, a brief CV, a statement of purpose (up to 500 words), and a reference letter from their supervisor or academic advisor. Those who wish to submit a paper should also add a short abstract of the proposed paper (up to 500 words). For more information about how to apply visit see the Europaeum website.
