MA thesis submission deadline is June 16, 2025, at all EPS partner universities. MA theses are assessed according to joint criteria to consult in the MA thesis handbook where formal requirements can also be found.
If students require an extension, they must contact the local coordinator by June 4 to explain why the extension is requested. The extension for MA thesis submission is set individually based on the conversation with Charles University and the partner university. If a student submits a thesis by June 16 (the original deadline), the EPS Consortium guarantees that the defense will occur by September. If the extension is set, there might be a need for a study extension and, thus, for being charged.
Dates of defence of partner universities are the following:
- Defense in Barcelona: July 4, 2025
- Defense in Krakow: Second week of July
- Defense in Leiden: July 15 and 16, 2025
- Defense in Prague: September 17 or 18, 2025
