On 8 November 2021, EPS students will have the opportunity to join a unique leadership development programme delivered by Blanka Bellak, Tereza Herodkova, Hana K. Gala and Ama Duncan of Leadership Associates. Leadership Associates focus on leadership development and diversity, equity and inclusion and work with individuals, teams and organizations across the world.
The programme will support the development of students’ collaborative and self-leadership capacity so that they can participate constructively in dialogue and communication with different parties and have at their disposal tools to effectively lead and collaborate.
It will consist of 9 on-site and online modules focusing on essential leadership competencies. On 8 November 2021, participants will be introduced to self-leadership and ‘simple habits for complex times’; the next three (online) modules will cover communication, diversity and gender and on 13 December 2021 participants will deal with conflicts.
Director of Leadership Associates, Dr. Blanka Bellak says: “While many talk ABOUT leadership, we show our clients the HOW of leadership. At Leadership Associates we care for proven practical tips and tricks that work across national and organizational cultures.
We believe that our leadership shows in a myriad of ways in our daily lives and that everybody is a leader in their lives.”
