The EPS Summer School 2026 offers a comprehensive academic experience in Prague. Below you’ll find tuition fees, what’s included, and payment options.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment. Full details will be provided upon registration. In case you are accepted, paid the fee, and find out that you cannot participate in the summer school for any reason, we will refund you 90 % at any moment until July 1st, 2026. The rest of the sum will be used on transfer fees, labour costs and cancelation fees. Later cancelations are solved on an individual basis.
€1,200 for the full programme.
- Lectures & Workshops
Access to all academic sessions, interactive seminars, and workshops.
- Materials & Certificate
Includes study materials and the EPS Summer School certificate, and a 5-ECTS transcript.
- Public Transport
Local transport within Prague included for the duration.
- Meals
Lunches daily, plus one group dinner included.
- Extracurricular Activities
Social events, city tours, and cultural activities included.
Optional dormitory spots available for ~€200. Consultation is offered to assist with booking.
Payment deadline: June 20, 2026. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Refunds handled according to policy.
All participants are required to have valid health insurance for the duration of the programme. International students should ensure coverage in the Czech Republic. The EPS Summer School can provide guidance on short-term student insurance if needed.
Non‑EU participants may require a short-term study visa to enter the Czech Republic. We recommend starting the application process early. Guidance and invitation letters are provided by EPS Summer School upon request.
